If Santa Mornings is not right for your family, you get your money back.
Within 14 days — a full refund
Ask within 14 days of your purchase and we refund the whole amount, with no questions asked — even if some mornings have already come.
If a video is late or broken because of us
Write to us at any time during the season. We fix the video, and if we cannot, we refund the order.
How to ask
- Reply to your Paddle receipt or use the link in it, or
- write to [email protected] from the email you used for the order.
Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, returns the money to the same card or account you paid with, within 14 days of the refund. After a refund the adventure on the tree closes; the tree and the free video stay.
